They will never fix your problem

I came back to FC following a transfer ban two months ago. Following their change in the play styles, the game is actually at the most unrealistic and the most shocking it's ever been. EA have seen a valuation drop of 5 billion on the last two years and it's a fair reflection of their greed and game design. I feel bad for content creators having to probably work with so much burnout to push vids out more often just to make ends meat.

I begged and pleaded with their team to give me another chance on the transfer market 2 months back, but they declined my appeal - fair enough for them, but I probably would have stayed around and bought more in game currency, so thank you for helping me save my money / support games that gives me value for my hard earned cash.

Following the confirmation of the ban, I asked for a subject access request relating to my data, they failed to provide this (which is actually against data protection law lol), good thing I'm not that pushed to report it (yet). I went back on my spending because they failed to provide the subject access request and gamers, stop spending your money / don't start spending your money on EA. It builds up, you forget how much you put in, if I had never started playing FIFA back in 2015, I'd have enough in my savings to book a cruise and then some.

They don't listen, they will never listen - Their goal is money, they don't care about you. I hope my home country bans FIFA points altogether because studies show opening packs give a similar dopamine hit as gambling, which is illegal for under 18's in my country.

I played 2 division rivals, 1 rush and one squad battles and turned it off. Both division rivals games had over 8 goals, one had 14. HOW is that realistic football? Claudia Pina gold version still trampling 2 tall CB's with L2 LOL. Squad battles felt like it had worse ping than rivals and the rush game didn't even let me in, forced me back out to the menu, then gave me a DC warning.

Joke of a company and game, I feel bad for the content creators on the platform because not only have you let your players down, in the next year or two content creators who are zoned on FIFA, with the exception of some with tonnes of money, will eventually not be able to live off the horrible content.

I always got pulled into FIFA games watching a certain pro player I won't name here. Even they can't get the grip of 26. 

Your servers are still abysmal, nevermind spending money on 1g fibre broadband, or FIFA points - Only to DC or not be able to load in or find a player in your club. It's not my connection, trust me, it's your potato servers.

Packs are crazy overpriced, what is your target market here? Gambling addicts it seems like. 

Company should be ashamed. I appreciate every company needs to make money, but holy. I can't even rant about this aspect again.
