Three of the best player pick,i only got an 82 rated player?

I have the same problem.

I have had same problem brought 2 packs 87+ and both times received 79-80 rated players 

Same issue. Opened it and got a pick between 85 De Gea, 84 De Paul and 82 Hojbjerg. What a waste.
