Transfer Market Ban in FC 26 - Seeking advice on console/account restrictions

I have received the dreaded email notifying me that my Transfer Market access has been blocked for the remainder of UT in FC 26. I am not aware of having breached any rules; I haven't engaged in coin shifting, nor do I play in a "meta" way. I’ve been playing for many years and have always traded, albeit without much ambition. For me, trading is a fundamental part of the experience; I usually make long-term investments, buying at discard price and waiting for cards to rise. However, I believe what triggered the ban was trading with celebration items. As there were very few on the market and they were selling near the top of their price range, it must have tripped the system’s alarms.

I am struck by the lack of information and the opacity surrounding the market. If they set the price ranges for the cards themselves, I don’t understand why they penalise you for selling a card within those limits. They send a generic email that explains nothing, which I find to be a serious lack of commitment to the customer, especially considering the significant amount we pay every year to access the game. Although I have lodged an appeal, I am currently awaiting a resolution with very little hope of the penalty being overturned.

Because of this, I would like to gather some information: could anyone tell me if I were to create a new account on the same console and start from scratch, would I be able to regain access to the Transfer Market?. I’d like to know if there is any viable way to get the market opened again, even with limited transactions, or if, on the contrary, the ban permanently affects the console or the ID. I would appreciate any information you can provide.

I received an email admitting there could have been a mistake, and they have reopened the market for me. I hope you all receive the same good news shortly.

The team is not responding, how do we dispute? Are you aware that there is a big number of people having these issue?

  • I'm leaving a thread here from the X account FUT Police. I'm not entirely sure how much of it is true, but given EA's lack of transparency and information, it might give us some insight into how bans actually work.

My transfer market ban has now been active for 24 days. The appeal option has been removed, and no matter how many new cases I open, I receive no response at all.

I openly challenge this decision: have a proper email conversation with me. If you can provide clear proof that I cheated, I am ready to quit the game.

I have been playing this game honestly for over 10 years, with no history of violations in any EA title. Treating loyal players like this is disgraceful.

In the last 24 days, I have tried countless times to contact the TOS team, but there is no communication. Even chat advisors admit they cannot help and feel bad about the situation.

It feels like the TOS team simply does not care. This level of silence and lack of transparency is unacceptable.

"Hello, thank you for the response. However, I am already familiar with the standard procedure regarding transfer market access. My inquiry focuses specifically on the second part of my original post, which remains unaddressed:

Is there any possibility of opening an additional account on the same console and gaining access to the Transfer Market, even if it is in a limited capacity?

I am looking for specific information on whether this is technically feasible or if there are certain requirements I should be aware of for secondary accounts. I would greatly appreciate any insight from the community or the CMs regarding this specific case.

Hi there. Unfortunately, we can't help with account sanctions over the EA Forums. Please see the article here for more information and instructions for disputing the ban. Thank you.
