transfer market banned

Hi ea i want to write to u today to let you know that ive been falsely banned on the transfer market a few months ago and everytime i put an appeal in it gets rejected by an automated system and idk why i got banned because i havent done anything to break the games TOS like buying coins all i did was trade players please can u look into this please as i just want to have fun playing the game again since not having the transfer market ruins the experience for me and feels like im limited to the 

As an update to my case 49094536, please see the attached screenshot from my official EA Penalty History confirming that my account has "No history of violations."

This proves that the restriction on my FC26 Transfer Market is an unjustified technical glitch, as there are no official penalties registered against my profile.

Please pass this information directly to the specialized team alongside my BBB complaint details so this issue can be resolved.

    Once you appeal a ban, a member of the team will review your appeal and sanction and respond wth the outcome.

    Just so you are aware amrfifa1717​, all appeals are investigated by a human member of the team. 

    The team use automated emails to ensure uniformity across all communication but appeals are not automated during investigation.

    Thank you, Darko. I appreciate your response and guidance.

    Just to update you, due to the continuous automated rejections from the standard support tickets and the clear discrepancy on my official EA Penalty History page (which explicitly states "No history of violations"), I have officially escalated this technical glitch to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) today for a senior compliance review.

    Hopefully, the specialized team will look into it manually soon. Thanks again for your time!
