Transfer market locked and foundations evo won’t show complete

I am a returning player but the transfer market is locked. I have completed the foundations evo and got the trophy in ps5 but the foundations evo objective doesn’t show complete. How can I get access...

I don’t see an intro to rewards evo in the evolution screen. Can you show a picture? I’m pretty sure once I completed it, it disappeared

You might have already started it, but not completed it. Please also check the My Evolutions tab.
