Transfer market locked

Hi,

My Transfer Market works normally on my Xbox in EA SPORTS FC 26, but it is still locked on the Companion App.

I’ve been actively playing Ultimate Team on my Xbox, but I still don’t have Companion App Transfer Market access. Could you please check if there’s an issue with my account or if there is anything else I need to do?

    Hi there. All the details we have for unlocking the Transfer Market on the web/companion app can be found in this article. We're not aware of any issues that would prevent it from unlocking so just keep playing and access will be granted when all the criteria have been met. Also, keep in mind that if there are multiple accounts on the same console access UT, it'll take longer to unlock it. The market opening can be delayed if any action was taken on the account for breaking the ToS. Unfortunately, we're not able to unlock market access for you.
