Transfer Market Soft Locked

I’m really frustrated because I completed the Intro to EVOS quest inside the Venturing Out objectives, which is required to enter the Transfer Market. However, it hasn’t registered as completed, and I can’t redo the Evolution because I no longer have the Intro to Rewards EVO card. This has basically soft locked me out of the Transfer Market, even though I completed the required quest. I need this issue fixed so I can access the Transfer Market.
