Transfer Market Still Locked After Ban Was Confirmed Lifted – abrahamyellow
Hello EA Community,
I am writing to update my ongoing situation regarding a wrongful Transfer Market ban on my account (abrahamyellow, PS5).
Yesterday, EA advisor Shourya confirmed via live chat that my Transfer Market ban had been lifted and told me to wait 24 hours for the system to update. It has now been over 24 hours and my Transfer Market is still locked.
To summarize my full situation:
• Banned twice for alleged coin distribution
• First ban overturned by EA representative Maximus (false positive confirmed)
• Banned again 3 days later for identical reason
• Over 5 appeals filed, all denied with automated responses
• DSAR submitted under GDPR Article 15 — transaction data shows zero evidence of coin distribution
• EA advisor Rajeev provided case number 244885451
• EA advisor Shourya confirmed ban was lifted yesterday but Transfer Market still locked after 24 hours
I have been playing EA Sports since 2013. I am a legitimate FUT trader. This situation has been ongoing for weeks with no permanent resolution.
Can any EA staff or moderator please escalate this urgently?
