Transfer market

I accidentally cancelled one of my intro to rewards EVO now I can’t get access to transfer market and there is no other evo that I can complete in order to access transfer market. I also tried contacting ea support but the chat has some bugs and I couldn’t get any help from them. I wanted to know what I should do now
