Transfer sale glitch(solved)

I sold a player via bid, happy to sell, problem is he is stuck in my “unsold items” .

Someone has placed a bid, I typically expect the coins and they expect the card. I did not receive the million plus for mbappe and the buyer probably doesn’t have the card either. 

Seems we are waiting for the tech department to sort thru these.
