Twitch and YouTube linking not detected in FC Pro despite correct connection

Hello EA Team,

I have already linked my EA Account with Twitch and YouTube using the exact same email connected to my FC 25 account on PS5.

Both connections show as “Connected” on my EA Account page and also on Twitch and YouTube settings.

However, the FC Pro objective in Ultimate Team still does not recognize the linking, and I didn’t receive the linking reward.

I contacted live chat support twice, but they couldn’t fix it.

Please forward this case to the Account Linking Sync Team to manually validate the connection or add the missing reward.
