Ultimate BOO-ster Player Pack

  I opened the Ultimate Star Player Pack that says it gives 50 rare gold players rated 84 or higher ( as shown in the photo ) , but I got several players under 84. Where are my players??? I did...

    MATRELX​ In English language it says "Includes 50 rare gold player items with 5 guaranteed to be rated 84 or higher....".

    This means you will be getting only 5 guaranteed to receive 84 rated or higher. Others can be any gold rare players.

I REPORTED A CASE ON CUSTOMER-CARE, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T PURCHASED ANY PACKS, HOW IT'S EVEN POSSIBLE? SO EA JUST LOST HISTORY ON THAT DAY. AND AS I HEARD, THEY HAVE COMPENSATED THE WRONG PERSONS WHO PURCHASED WHEN THE BUG IS FIXED. IT'S RIDICULOS
