Ultimate Draft

So I'm new to this year saved 15k do single draft only on professional, won first game 7-1 i think last night (06/10/2025) server went down and said I could connect to UT atm logged in today took 15k and also recorded my draft result as a loss so now claim **bleep**ty rewards. Surely  this isn't right I have images of squad I had and the comment that popped up on the screen saying UT not available  atm and my draft record.
