I just opened another ticket, they told me because I'm in Belgium I won't receive anything and no refund either since I am past the 7 day refund window. I then asked for contact with a higher up that can resolve this properly instead of an advisor, and they just closed the chat. I would like this resolved but can't figure out how to contact a higher up at all other than another live chat that will send me to an advisor again.
