    Delete all squads using the web app and create a new squad with no players in it. Make that squad active. Worked for me - hope it works for you all.

Same issue.  Deleted all squads via web app, but still occuring.  I’ve played up to 10 games now and every time doesn’t register and kicks me out of Ultimate Team!  Other game formats (Rivals/Events etc) seem to work with no issue.  Need a fix ASAP, as I’m missing out on objectives.
