Ultimate team

Every time I’ve been trying to play a division rivals game for past 3 or 4 days everything seems fine up until it’s time for actual game, the full pitch goes black, and all I see is the scoreboard and the player names.

update - it’s absolutely any mode on ultimate team, it was fine before just one day that happened and stayed like this since.
