30 days agoHi there. Go on the web/companion app and delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, try loading in to Ultimate Team again. If that doesn't work, go back to the web/companion app and create an empty squad and try again. Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me. As a test, change your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if you're able to connect then. This is just as a test to see if a connection outside of your home network works.
