Unable to access ultimate teams .

I am having trouble loading in to fc26 I have to close and restart my fc26 app five are six times before I can load in . If I do get in and playing pro clubs . When the match finish. Am not getting my points or able to level up in clubs . Hope you guys can fix this issue soon. 
For $89 this is not right .
