Unable to complete squad battles due to a bug

I'm not being able to complete "Play Squad Battles Featured Squad" in New Beginnings Foundation Objectives to be able to unlock further Objectives which are mandatory for the transfer market unlock.

I've played and completed featured squad battles several times but the check box mark doesn't appear

What could be the problem?
