Unable to go to the Transfer Targets

When selecting Transfer Targets on my XBOX console, I get the error message 'Connecting to ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu'. 

I tried on the EA app and I also get an error that it is unable to load my Transfer Targets 

Please help
