Transfer Market/Intro to Rewards Evo

Hello, I have been locked out of unlocking the transfer market for about 3 weeks now. I started the game doing everything in order to unlock it. I played 3 rush matches, scored 10, and played 5. Once I got the intro to rewards evo I then put it on the player and did the objectives once. Every-time I did the objectives in order to complete and finish the venturing out objective, it wouldn’t recognize I did anything and stayed incomplete for weeks. I then troubleshooted on my own to see if I could get rid of the evo then reapply it. Well once I did that it was gone gone and now I’m wondering if I can even get by the objective and finally unlock the transfer market or if it’s soft locked and I have no way completing it. If that’s the case then there’s a lot of problems with this game. Is there any way an EA representative can take this and either fix it for me. I just want to unlock my transfer market after a month of playing everyday, logging in multiple hours a day. It’s a massive part of the game and it would suck if I’m soft locked until the end of the game. Thank you
