Unable to sell and buy players

I'm un able to to sell player or access transfer targets i can bid but I loose the money and I don't ever receive the player. I can complete objectives and have lost a lot of coin because of this. I'm missing out on players selling high and in the end I am not getting what I paid for. This is making me not Want to play the game at all. I've contacted costumer service they said there's nothing they can do I wasn't even compensated for the lose of players or coin due to what they called "a bug."
