Unfair market ban

I understand that coin buying is a huge issue on FC 26 and it was the worst around FIFA 14 when everything used to be 15 million coins to buy.

I haven't bought any or sold any coins. 

I'm married with a kid on the way, I'd rather save money than spend it on a game that recycles the same content every year.

How are you banning players who don't buy coins while you allow content creators to advertise coin merchants. Pick a lane 

I've tried reaching out through the penalty tab but nothing ever happens. Same response and no clarification on why I was banned.

All I did was buy players on the market, specifically IF fermin for 65k and sell him for max cus people were buying them

How is that the players fault? 

At this rate y'all might asw ban everyone from using the market cus no one's going to spend hard earned cash on FIFA points to gamble on a kids game that refreshes every year.

    I have never bought coins or FC points on this game. All I use is the coins I make on it through gameplay and trading.

    It's maddening that you will allow content creators to advertise coin traders, let them use coins but ban someone for selling a few cards at max buy now. Pick a god **bleep** lane.

    I don't even know why I'm banned. I'm assuming it's cus I was selling IF fermin at max buy now. I don't believe it's the fault of the player for making profits on cards that other players are willing to buy

    I've been trying to reach out to whoever reviews our penalties and every single time I get the same reply.

    Have a proper system in place cus people are still buying coins and inflating the prices of players on the market cus of it and all the coin sellers know how to bypass your systems and it's fools like us that end up being banned for being a bit overzealous and trading a bit too aggressively.

    It's sad tbh that a company with so many years of experience in the gaming world still can't build a proper system to catch illegal activities nor the humility it takes to correct their wrongs.

    People are dropping off the game cus of **bleep** like this.

    Can't wait to get a generic reply to this as well cus god knows y'all don't care about your customers. Especially if they don't intend on spending their hard earned money on buying points to gamble on packs for players they won't be able to use same time next year.
