Unfair Transfer Market Ban – No Human Review After 25 Days
I’ve been a loyal EA player for over 10 years and have always played honestly. My Transfer Market was banned without any clear explanation or proof.
For the past 25 days, I’ve been trying to contact the ToS team. Every time, I receive the same automated response. I even created a new case and submitted a fresh appeal, clearly requesting an email conversation with a human reviewer. That request was declined again with the exact same automated message.
I’m not even asking for an instant unban — I’m asking for transparency, evidence, and a real discussion. Being punished without proof and without any way to communicate is extremely unfair.
If EA believes I violated something, please explain it properly. Loyal players deserve better than silent automation.
