unplayable, deserve compensation for pc players

i don't know what changed! I'm guessing it's the new update that was released but every game i have played so far feels like absolute sh!t, feels super slow and unresponsive, all of a sudden I'm seeing 200-300 ping? I've never seen that before except for recently, before this patch i was actually having a lot of fun but now it's one of the worst experiences ive ever had playing fc (fifa). is it just me or are other pc players having this trouble?
