Venturing Out objectives

My venturing out objectives have been stuck at 3/4 for the past 5 days i have reached out many times and all they have said is they reported the bug when this has been going on all year. Without the intro to rewards evo i am unable to completes my objectives for the transfer market meaning my coins and money i spent on this game is completely wasted because i am hardstuck with no other way of upgrading my team normally. I just need the evo which i claimed and never recieved so i can continue my objectives for the transfer market.
