Web App - Log in Unavailable

I am unable to log in onto the web app and it has been like this since launch.  

The issue is present in both the browser and companion app.

I am certain that I have a FUT club assigned to my the account as I played EAFC 25.

    Is it still an issue for people to log in?

    Is there a fix to this issue?
