web app squad foundation player

when i started up the web app to select my squad the website crashed and i didnt get my squad foundation player

    Fallemur​  If you are referring to Pick 1 of 5 squad foundation players, then it is only available in-game by winning UT moments match. You cannot get this on a web app. Please check the screenshot from one of the YouTube videos.
