Web app Transfer Market is locked after 2 full months of actively playing

I started playing this years ultimate team since the release of web app and since 19th sept because I owned ultimate edition BUT my transfer market on web app is still not unlocked after 2 FULL MONTHS. I’ve been trying to contact support but they won’t help me , I hope someone could see this and help me with solution
