What is up with player switching?!

Note i know it’s been terrible like everything on this years attempt of a game. But **bleep** it just seems horrendous the hat couple of days. 

Mark that down as another EA disaster this year. 

seriously did someone leave the team this year who has a modicum of understanding on how to make a game? Everything is getting worse
