If you check your club on the web/companion apps, do you see him there at all? We have an article with some more steps you can try to make your player appear, but if you still don't see him our live support team should be able to take a look at this for you.

Hmm, if you've tried the steps I've described but he's still not appearing, I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. We can't look into accounts here on the forums, but they'll be able to tak ea look into this for you. Hopefully they can see where your player went.
