Why haven't I received my 1 coin pack
I haven't received the 1 coin pack when I played the world cup game at that time. Yet there is people who haven't even played that game at that time who received this pack. I hope this gets sorted.

A 1 coin pack was released for players who played during the fifa 23 World Cup promo in the packs for you section, I played during this time and there is nothing there for me.
I have seen other players saying the same thing as to why it isnt there for them. There are players who are saying they didn't play during it and still have the pack. How is this fair to the players who played but dont have it?
I also haven't received this pack contacted EA help and they said I was ineligible for this pack even though I played the FIFA 23 world cup and also during the time period of this pack
