Can you please try altering (but not disabling!) your 2FA on your account? It might sound silly, but that's solved the issue for a lot of players already. 🙂

Is lock my season pass
I have the exact same issue and done what’s been asked and still no resolution. I’ve purchased the season pass through the companion app but still want access on the actual game!
