Hey Louis_ferando,

Can you please try altering (but not disabling!) your 2FA on your account? It might sound silly, but that's solved the issue for a lot of players already. 🙂

I have the same problem and the same thing comes up I have reset and altered my 2fa but nothing has happened I have also reset my ps5 and fixed the cache but nothing has worked could somebody please help me fix it
