Wrongful Ban - Case #235299103

Mission impossible I have a similar case but without buying anything, my account was simply hacked and the hacker violated the rules and I got banned. My story is from more than 3 months ago and the only thing I managed to do was get my account back and get a ban on my account but the ban in the game has been sitting there for 3 months now. I have an appeal filed on 24.11.2025 as of today 23.01.2026 the appeal is sitting on hold in the studio and there has been no response either positive or negative for the 3rd month now.....EA support is scandalous. They don't care about us, the users, the fans, the sponsors, I've been playing FIFA since 1997. I bought FC 26 on pre-order and haven't played it yet because I'm banned for something I didn't do. 0% support from EA. Who cares.............
