Career mode is so broken

I’ve recently purchased this game like I do every year since fifa 17 because I love the franchise but fc27 career mode is so broken it’s unreal. You cant sign anyone the transfers are broken I gave West Ham  1 billion just to see what I can do. I’m having to pay like 40-50 million for a championship player and offer 3x their normal wage all for a different club to come in and make the transfer for like 20 mill more. So your saying ive got to offer 80 mill for a championship player I’ve got 65 rated players not renewing contracts and are saying they need 500000 a week and a 6 million renewal contract payment. Wtf. The dynamic overall is crazy one match players play decent and I’ve had a player up to a 84 then the next match if we win lose or draw gets absolutely sandbagged in their dynamic overall to like a 66 then the team plays terrible and i got relegated with a West Ham team by the end was 74-69 rated. No it’s not a skill issue I did different tactics formations player roles I did everything but play every single match. This game is hot garbage.
