- Youth Academy players: Please add the ability to change a youth academy player’s nationality and surname. This would make managing and developing academy players much more customizable and realistic.
- Player value and performance: Players should have a significantly higher market value when they become the top scorer or top assist provider in their league. Individual achievements should have a real impact on their market value and the number of transfer offers they receive.
- Too few transfer offers: There are currently far too few offers for my players. Even when a player performs very well or has excellent statistics, I often receive very few offers or none at all. The transfer market should react much more strongly to player performance and achievements.
- Two-season loans after a transfer: This option currently does not seem to work properly. It has never happened to me that a club agreed to a two-season loan. There should be an option to buy a player and then immediately loan him back to the club he was purchased from for two seasons. This would be especially useful for young players who need more time to get regular playing time and develop before returning to my team.
- Match simulation is too random: Match simulations feel far too random at the moment. It should not be possible for a five-star team playing in a weak league to consistently lose a large number of matches against teams rated only one star. Of course, weaker teams should still be able to cause occasional upsets, but the difference in team quality should have a much more noticeable impact on simulated results. The current system often makes results feel unrealistic and disconnected from the actual quality of the teams.
