Grounds/Clubs player showing up in career mode roster

Has anyone else run into this since the latest patch?

Whenever I start a new Career Mode, either Live Career or the regular Career Mode, the player I created for Grounds/Clubs shows up in the squad roster.

If I back out of Career Mode and download the latest squads, the Grounds player is still there. If I reset the squads, the player disappears like normal. But then if I go back into Career Mode and download the latest squad update again, the created player shows right back up in the Career Mode roster.

I also checked the settings/menus to see if there was a way to delete the created player, but I’m not seeing any option to remove them.

This definitely wasn’t happening for me before the latest patch. Has anyone else noticed this or found a way to fix it?
