Manager career mode issues/bugs.
CPU / AI intelligence. Compared to my players that the CPU controls, it’s far too advanced. My players hold formation that’s it, if a player runs towards them, they move out the way or do nothing, there’s no press. The CPU/AI reads every run, sprint, skill move I do (I normally play on legendary, this is happening on world class and professional as well, so it’s not the difficulty is too high). My players that the CPU controls, don’t track runs, cut passes or anything. I’ll try make a run with Mbappe, vini, dembele but can’t outpace a 70/80 pace player, even if I have 2/3 yards ahead of them, they’ll catch up and tackle or block a pass, shot, cross. My CPU controlled players just have no common sense, they stand still, do nothing, the opposition press, track runs, passes, they have a brain my team don’t. I’ve tried moving sliders around and still it doesn’t help. There’s far too much of a gap, I should be able to sprint, shoot, do skills, make runs but you can’t 9 times out of 10 I’ll get tackled no matter who I’m playing with and who I’m against.
Transfers in manager career mode. They just don’t happen, for example I try to loan out Pitarch, Cestero, Yáñez and get no offers. I try to sell Bernardo Silva, Rodrygo, Trent, and the only player who gets offers is Trent but he has no interest in joining anyone, even Liverpool. I promote youth academy players but can’t loan them out to grow.
Players unhappy. Players are constantly unhappy with play time and wanting to leave even when playing. For example Courtois played 15 out of 20 games and submitted a transfer request because he wasn’t getting enough play time, this happens with a lot of players. Once they submit the transfer request, even if they change their mind you can’t remove them from the list. When they want to renew their contract because they’re happy now, you can’t because you can’t remove from the list.
Player contract renewals. You have no control over players and contracts, they renew when they say then want to, or leave straight away, you can’t run a players contract out and let them leave for free. You have to renew or they submit a transfer request even if they have 2 years left on there contract.
Dynamic Ratings. The dynamic rating is too much of a focus, the focus should be players ratings and potential with the influence of current form etc. players are always down ratings, no matter how good they perform. It’s too powerful in terms of a 85 rated who’s dynamic is 78 plays awful but they should still play like a low-mid 80 rated not feel like a mid 70.
Team Sheet. The team sheet doesn’t save on the bench and reserves, there all changing positions.
