Pass Input Not Responding or Triggering Unintended Flick-Ups During Matches

In FC 27 Manager Career Mode, I sometimes experience an issue during matches against the CPU where my player does not respond correctly when I press the ground pass button (X).

Sometimes, the pass input is completely ignored. In other instances, pressing X causes the player to perform an unintended flick-up or juggling animation instead of making a normal ground pass.

This makes it extremely difficult to maintain possession and build up attacks, as the player performs an entirely different action from the one I intended.

This issue occurs during offline matches against the CPU in Manager Career Mode. Please investigate and fix this input recognition issue.
