EA_LunardustCat The system you described basically makes it impossible to build a squad with high-level backup players to the degree that happens at a large club. It's also unrealistic how quickly players go from "I need more games" to submitting a transfer request. You don't have enough of a window to improve their morale, and I've had multiple players leave despite having been played consistently in games since messaging me. And if you play a player in every game, they're scoring a goal a game, and their morale is "very happy", they should rescind their transfer request. If the initial system is so strict, it's only realistic that we have a chance to change the player's mind. I've monitored morale super closely and had more success at keeping my players happy, but it still means I have to play a starter when they're not optimal stamina, in a game against low-level opposition, when I should be able to rest them and play my backups. It makes sense to make players care more about this, but the new system is just too inflexible.

I understand your concern, and the team is already reviewing this area.
I also think your point about giving managers a meaningful opportunity to turn things around after a player raises concerns is fair. A transfer request is a significant step, so having some room to improve the situation before it becomes irreversible would make sense.

Thank you for at least acknowledging the issue of broken hardcoded unidirectional transfer request system. The community has been asking for a reasonable method to counter or mitigate the problem for over a decade. In real life players formally submit transfer requests repeatedly to force more playing time or contract extension, then rescind the submission within days or weeks, once the desired behavior has been corrected.

I think it's great to hear that the team is reviewing it, but still doesn't address the issue that they don't seem to tell you the truth.
Under the example you cited for Crucial players, it should be possible to manage three players for two positions (say, 3 CBs in a 2 CB system) using a 30/60/90 minute allocation over a three game span. That way, the least a CB would play over 10 games is 630 minutes, more than 2/3 of the time. However, I can't even implement that with 3 Important CBs without them complaining. So, like I said before, they're either lying to you or don't know their code.
I really hope they fix it and I really hope they tell you the truth, though.

I usually rotate 3 stickers in my career mode save, have for years, and it works.
This edition, all 3 have requested transfers away within 6 months.
I refuse to play 1 striker constantly in all competitions just so he doesn’t want to leave.
