Elevating this comment to the top of the forum as official EA Title Update 1.1 Patch Notes will be released in two hours. These notes posted above we acquired from German servers on Saturday, October 24th, and should be identical as that article was dated today, October 26th. Want to reiterate that zero severe gamebreaking elements in this update address core problems with half of user squad submitting transfer requests in the first four months of a new Manager Career mode save, and the reordering of reserve bench players in Team Management appears to be ignored as well, even though developers corrected other issues in the same part of the game.
