Transfer requests
Not even through one season and I have had 9 players submit transfer requests. These are players that start most games but occasionally must be rested due to scheduling congestion. This is ridiculous.

I have to manage the team in terms of who I don’t upset with ridiculous requests for game time, rather than who needs to be played. Absolute farce.
The whole reason to play CM is to control a team, build them and have fun doing it. This year, it seems EA wants to control your team. If you have a good player, they will always automatically get placed on the transfer list. 7 weeks into the first season, I had 6 guys demanding out. They all played most every game, only rested when necessary. What is the point of playing when the game actively destroys your team??? Unless it's fixed, the mode is unplayable.
