I do think the new transfer system is great however it does has its flaws, the patterns I keep seeing are as follows

second season transfers are getting increasingly unrealistic, I’m seeing teams like Crystal Palace, Everton and Nottingham Forrest spending 100 million on a single player and that’s just in the second season, I’m all for clubs outside of the big 6 spending money but it’s just not realistic both in price and player pull, there’s no way barrios from atletico is ever joining Crystal Palace and definitely not for £95 million. These clubs should also have budgets relative to the clubs expectations and real life transfer history. 

secondly I’d like to bring up the thing that’s annoyed me the most over the last few years of playing career mode, take the big 6 clubs as the main example but it remains the same principle in general throughout all top flight clubs, the players who are out on loan in the first season (mainly u23 players) come back from there loan to the parent club and just sit there for years and years to come, in real life those players are sold to smaller clubs or are kept dependent only on really high potential and only a few would ever have a chance in real life, I’ll use city and Chelsea as main examples, they both have about 10/15 young players out on loan and they come back at sit there, but no club buys them. In real life this isn’t the case smaller clubs would opt to loan them or be sold depending on potential, just look at Middlesbrough summer transfer window they bought the likes of vitek, lankshear and cozier duberry. The proof is in the pudding it happens in real life and in game these players would just sit in the parent club there whole career and it’s so annoying and unrealistic. 

thirdly I’d like to make a point about the higher rated players at smaller clubs situation, I’ll use khahali (Crystal Palace) as an example, he’s 87 rated in my second season and yet hes still at palace, again in real life this situation wouldn’t happen, they would be bought by an elite club, Wharton, Scott are just further examples of this in second seasons onwards. 

lastly the enquiry system, how I can enquire about 20 players and every single one of them either joins me or goes to another team baffles me, the parent club very rarely keep the player after an enquiry is made and that’s just ridiculous to be honest.
