Unable to play due to crashing

I included in a post a few days ago that I was having issues with the game crashing and fully closing down/dashboarding when playing career mode, it had happened a couple of times within the first week.

In the last few days, I haven't been able to play my next game on career mode, it happened three times in a row on Sunday, first in the main menus of career and another two times when I went back on and was selecting my team on the matchday screen so I couldn't even get to playing the game. I tried again this morning and once again it crashed and dash boarded when I was selecting my team for the match (twice in a row up to now as I write this). I can tell it's about to happen as the menu music will stop a second before the screen freezes, then I'm taken off the game onto the xbox home screen (unable to quick resume). As i said in my previous post this has also happened during a game (when on the team management screen at half time).

I have only been playing career mode so I don't know if it is specific to this mode or would happen on other modes too. 

This is on an Xbox Series S 512gb. My gamertag is ADT24#5581
