Career mode save file issues

I've been playing with manager/player career on PS5 since the start of the beta and I've enjoying it for the most part but every so often I'll start up the game for a quick match or two, only to receive a message telling me my save file is corrupt and must be deleted in order to continue. I don't know if this is a bug or a glitch of some kind but it's happened to me four times now, the latest being last night. I've had to start from scratch every time
