Connection Issue

Because of Connection Issue, i lost several matches around 5 or 7 matches. the issue always “Unable to connect to the EA Serverss.

I bought it for $56 and it feels so uncomfortable, i had checked my internet and it’s good. so my suggestion is can you give us the compensation about it? because it make us losing our points.
