EA FC 27 on the Switch is not the same as console/PC

I've played FUT since FIFA 04, and last year I really enjoyed Ultimate Team on the Switch 2. It wasn't perfect, but it was fun. This year I still love playing, and the Switch FUT community is honestly something special: small, loyal, and it feels like our own. But I'm worried. In its current state, I don't think the game will last until Black Friday on the Switch. Here's why:

  1. Matchmaking
Finding a game in Rivals, or in the later stages of Draft, can take up to half an hour. I know there are fewer players on the Switch, but I can't believe there's no one playing. Please make matchmaking less strict so we actually get games. On The Grounds, I haven't found a single match yet.
  2. Price ranges
The market is one of the best parts of the Switch version. Leaks and outside sites barely affect it, and with no FUTBIN or FUT.GG for our platform it feels like a real community market. I even built my own price tracker to follow players. But with far fewer players, the Switch market only has around 40,000 items at most, compared to millions on the other consoles. The price ranges are still copied from console, and they don't match our market at all. For example, Harry Kane doesn't appear on the market with a price range of 40,000. Price ranges on the Switch should be based on the Switch market.
  3. SBC requirements
To complete an SBC like Olise, I need 700,000 SBC points. Getting that from packs is insane; I can't imagine anyone doing it. Buying the players on the market isn't realistic either: there are only about 20 reasonably priced 88s listed per day, and even those are far too expensive to use as SBC fodder. It would take days. SBCs on the Switch need different requirements, or these high-rated players are simply out of reach. (Maybe change the pack weight? wink wink)

Bottom line: the Switch 2 has a great FUT community that wants to keep playing. Fix matchmaking, base price ranges on the Switch market, and adjust SBC requirements for our platform, and this could be a version people stick with all year. Without those changes, I'm afraid it won't make it to Black Friday.

I just checked the price for the SBC on the Switch as well for Olise, if, and this is if, I can buy them at their cheapest by sniping or bidding, it will cost me 1,5 million coins... while on the console it is around 600k... This makes these SBC on the switch completely useless....
