    Hey KidFame,

Thanks for taking the time to explain the situation. I can see how the coin wipe makes for a frustrating setback, especially when you disagree with the reason for it. The removal of Ultimate Team coins is one of the actions that may be taken when we detect a violation of our rules, alongside an account action.

This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm sorry to say that we aren't able to escalate or support appeals for account actions here on the forums, as we lack the necessary tools to do so. It might be worth checking with our live support team to see if they can confirm the status of your appeal, but please keep in mind that only the Terms of Service team is actually able to make any changes and review the case.

Hey Turki_rm10,

Sorry to hear that your initial appeal was denied, and you're still waiting to hear back on the most recent one.

Unfortunately, we don't have any visibility into account actions on the forums, so we can't escalate this for you or provide any additional insight into why your account was sanctioned in the first place. For more information on what we can help with, feel free to check out the following post: What EA staff here can help with

If you've followed these steps to create an appeal, our Terms of Service team will be able to take another look. As long as the team doesn't respond with a message stating they consider the decision final, you'll still have an opportunity to appeal. In the meantime, please continue to keep an eye on your case history page and avoid resuming the appeal to prevent any additional delays. Thanks!

First of all thank you for replying EA_mplsnow

And thank you for the info about not resuming the case to prevent additional delays.

the issue is and more the 5 people reported today about the transfer market ban.

yes we are human and some of us still young or new on the game and some mistake happen and i did not cheat or use 3rd party tools or buy coins for coins seller.

Transfer market if its ban make the game unplayable by finishing teams for The gallery mode, buy manager and chem style for players and do SBC also players like pina POTM or maybe the new POTM Mbappe those players need transfer market to buy players to finish the sbc. there is no solution for that and even obj u cant finish the Tournament require a psg player and i don't have it i even tried to open packs from sbc re-roll to hope i can get the player to finish the obj. we need help about that.

thank you everyone
