Legacy Bug

Does anybody know if they managed to fix a bug which persisted throughout FC24, FC25 and FC 26? The system fails to handle multiple squad database rewrites in a row. If you modify the starting 11 or tactics for more than several teams without fully restarting the menu, a crash occurs, and all unsaved progress is lost.
